2011 proved to be a great year for music. My blog really started to pick up and I have had the chance to connect with people all over the world. Searching soundcloud, youtube and other alternative places gave me the chance to hear music I might not have heard otherwise. So brace yourselves for a nice long post of some  my favorites of 2011

I will have to say my ultimate finds of the year were MEMRO and FEINT. Not just because of their awesome music but they created a chain reaction that led me to so many other amazing artists (Like TwoThirds and Bustrexx to name a couple) Needless to say, I really REALLY got into drum and bass this year. 

Also I won’t be going into a great amount of detail since I have wrote about a lot of this before .. just check out my archives for more! It is hard to choice what tracks/mixes and such to put here since I heard a lot of great music this year!

I know you may be seeing some names many times but some people really killed it for me this year. I did hear many other names but it is hard to get everyone on here!

Another guy that I was introduced to this year is Nu Raverz! DISCO/FUNKY HOUSE has really been creeping its way back into my heart.

Ill-esha’s Cherry Blossoms is still frequently on my playlists. This release including some pretty bad ass remixes as well ! BUY IT

I have been loving her style for a long time. The glitchy, funky ,dance floor worthy bass makes her tracks that much more lovable!
